This luxury Elkhorn townhome recently went through a complete remodel including all new high-end furniture in the living room, a sofa sleeper in the loft, new painting throughout, new art and lighting, new luxury wide plank wood floors throughout the entire first and second floors and wool broadloom carpet in the loft.

On entry, the open plan living area offers updated designer interiors, a large flat screen TV to catch up on your favorite shows, a beautiful gas log fireplace for winter warmth, and personal touches that make it a true home away from home. The kitchen is updated and fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, granite counters with seating, new dishware, and a stylish new walnut dining table for sharing meals.

In the warmer Sun Valley season you'll be sipping cocktails, grilling steaks and soaking up the mountain views from your deck overlooking the golf course. If your vacation requires you to stay connected and work from home, there is high speed internet service.

Fairway Nine comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms plus a loft. The bedrooms are all on the lower level with all new bedding and drapes and new vanities, mirrors, and sconces in the bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and opens to a deck with seating to soak up the views. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with twin beds or we can convert to a king on request for a couples vacation. The open loft room on the third level doubles as a family room or extra bedroom on request with a TV, occasional chairs, and a sofa bed for extra guests. Bedrooms 2 & 3, and the loft room share a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guests of Fairway Nine have use of a seasonally heated pool, hot tub, and dry sauna within the complex, as well as communal pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, and tennis facilities at Elkhorn Resort. Additional amenities in Elkhorn are available to guests - tennis, pool, steam rooms, and discounted green fees. The mountain shuttle to Ketchum and Sun Valley is a two-minute walk from the townhome and the Wood River Bike Path is steps from your front door.

Steps from your front door is the Valley`s extensive trail system for walking and cycling. Dollar Mountain is just a half-mile away and offers skiing, snowboarding, and a terrain park. For even more skiing options, hop on the complimentary Mountain Ride Bus (two minutes walk from the townhome) for a 15-minute ride to the River Run ski lodge. The historic Sun Valley Lodge and outdoor concert Pavilion are just minutes down the street. Dining and shopping in Ketchum are a short drive away.

Check in time is 4:00pm. Often times you may be able to arrive earlier. Please contact us 48 hours before your arrival if you need to check in before 4:00PM. There is no guarantee, however we will do what we can to accommodate you.

Check-out time is 10:00am. If you would like to stay and play at an additional charge, please call to request arrangements the day before your departure. We can not guarantee late departures, so please call to request .

All reservations require a 48 hour notice, and all reservation holders must sign a reservation agreement prior to check-in.
