Michael is an experienced entrepreneur, adventurer, and storyteller with a servant heart. Driven by his love for people, he takes pride in building and maintaining relationships with everyone he works with. As the owner and CEO of Michael’s Vacation Rentals, he prides himself on providing the best experience possible for his homeowners, guests, and team.
Michelle, Mike’s daughter and our amazing General Manager, joined the MVR team in 2021. A true people person, Michelle thrives on expertly holding all things together behind the scenes. Outside of work, you’ll find her conquering the locals trails or teaching on the ski slopes. Her passion for adventure translates perfectly to her leadership style, always keeping the team on track!
Garrett, Mike’s son, joined the family business in 2017, gaining unparalleled experience in hospitality, while also establishing himself as a successful and respected business owner. As our Chief Operating Officer and Head of Property Care and Operations, Garrett is affectionately known as “the guy who can do anything”, and lives up to his reputation!
Nikki is setting a new standard for how to elevate expectations for the vacation rental world. With her unparalleled skills and decades of industry experience, her commitment to this company is changing the way the entire team handles our operations. As our Property Manager and Head of Marketing, she specializes in these areas down to the tiniest details.
Gail is our paragon inspector here at Michael’s Vacation Rentals, and loves making sure things are perfect for arriving guests. She has spent the majority of her career in the interior design industry, and has several years experience in property management. When Gail isn’t tied up beautifying our properties, you might find her dominating on the pickleball courts of Sun Valley.
