The main floor has a large and sunny open floor plan with kitchen, dining, living and outdoor deck. In the summer/fall, the views of the lush greens of the golf course are a lovely backdrop to watch the sunset, enjoy an adult beverage and fire up the barbecue after a day of hiking, tennis, golf, or just lounging by the pool. In the winter season, end the day with a home-cooked meal prepared in your updated and fully-appointed kitchen. Enjoy an evening of restful sleep in one of three bedrooms - each with its own bathroom - fitted with high quality mattresses and duvets. The master bathroom has a new walk-in steam shower - the perfect nighttime ritual to ensure a good night’s sleep.

Guests of Fairway Nine have use of a seasonally heated pool, hot tub, and dry sauna within the complex, as well as communal pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, and tennis/pickle ball facilities at Elkhorn Resort that are close enough to walk to. Golfers receive discounted green fees in golf season!
