This family townhouse is co-owned by four siblings. Our father was one of the first property owners in Elkhorn, which is why we have the sought after location overlooking the pond. The townhouse was remodeled in 2001 and features all the necessary amenities to make you feel right at home. We encourage outdoor enthusiasts to experience everything Sun Valley has to offer as we have done as a family over the decades.

This property is a comfortable, warm, 2 story townhouse for a family or friends looking for a vacation home to relax after hitting the slopes or enjoying the outdoors. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are two bedrooms upstairs; the master bedroom with a queen bed and an enclosed loft bedroom with large bunk beds that sleep 4 children or adults comfortably. The third bedroom has a queen bed and is located downstairs by the common areas. The kitchen is fully equipped so home cooking is encouraged . While we don't have cable, our smart tv set up to access Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Additionally, we have a Chromecast attached to the tv so once you are connected to the internet you can cast any streaming service from your phone or tablet. In the summer, the large deck extends the living area and is well equipped with patio furniture and barbecue. Our townhouse overlooks the pond which is easily accessed by the deck. The swimming pool/hot tub and tennis courts are a mere 3 minute walk from the condo. 

PARKING RULES - PLEASE READ 
Parking is limited. Each property is limited to two vehicles. RV's, trailers etc. are NOT allowed. There is one parking pass to park in the lot. The second car needs to be parked in the garage that can accommodate a car no larger than a small sedan.
